Upon receiving and verifying your request, we permanently erase the following information across our active production databases, messaging platforms, and CRM systems:

• Contact & Profile Details: Your name, phone number, email address, company name, and WhatsApp profile name.
• Conversation & Messaging Records: History of inbound and outbound messages, chat transcripts, media attachments, and delivery or read timestamps.
• Inquiry & Support Data: Website contact form entries, consultation requests, and support ticket history.
• Marketing & Subscription Profiles: Email and WhatsApp promotional subscription lists and customer segmentation tags.

3. What Information We May Retain

Under certain narrow circumstances defined by applicable laws and regulations, we may be required to preserve limited records:

• Statutory & Financial Obligations: Invoices, transaction records, taxation documents, and accounting books required to be retained under Indian commercial and tax laws.
• Legal Claims & Dispute Resolution: Records necessary to defend or enforce legitimate legal rights, comply with court orders, or prevent financial fraud.

Any retained records are strictly segregated, archived in secure environments with restricted administrative access, and never used for marketing, sales, or customer profiling.

We aim to process and complete all verified data deletion requests within 30 calendar days.

Once the deletion process has been finalized across our primary servers and secondary backup cycles, our privacy team will send you a formal confirmation email verifying completion.

If you wish to stop receiving promotional offers, product announcements, or newsletters without deleting your service history or account records, you do not need to submit a full data deletion request:

Messages transmitted through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. are subject to automated data retention policies. Message payloads processed via Cloud APIs are temporarily stored and automatically deleted from intermediate caches within 30 days, in adherence to Meta’s Platform Terms and data privacy best practices.
